Drift End User License Agreement
These terms govern your use of Drift. By selecting Agree and Continue in the app, you confirm that you are 18+ and agree to these terms and the Community Guidelines.
Eligibility and Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use Drift. You are responsible for activity performed through your Sign in with Apple account and must not attempt to evade a suspension or account termination.
Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Drift has zero tolerance for illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, privacy-invasive, or otherwise objectionable content and for abusive users. Do not post personal information, impersonate others, spam, or use location features to harm or track another person.
Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or account termination. Serious conduct may be referred to appropriate authorities when legally required.
Safety Controls
You can report a bottle or reply, immediately hide it from your view, and block its author. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours. Email peterzhangbo@163.com to report inappropriate activity.
Location Features
Drift uses device location to create, discover, open, and reply to bottles. You must not submit false coordinates, automate location requests, enumerate bottle locations, or bypass distance controls.
Your Content
You retain ownership of text you submit. You grant Drift a limited license to store, display, moderate, and remove that content only as needed to operate, secure, and enforce the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not violate another person's rights.
Service and Termination
Drift is provided as available and may change or stop features to maintain safety, security, or legal compliance. We may restrict or terminate access for violations. You may end this agreement by deleting your account in Settings and removing the app.
